LED lamp beads:

The curing effect of a UV curing lamp first depends on the performance of lamp beads. Our UV LED curing systems use top-quality LED beads that are imported from South Korea. These beads are characterized by excellent luminous efficiency, long life spans, high stability, high consistency, environmental protection, and energy-saving.

Power supply:

As regards the driving power supply, we use the self-developed PFC (Power-Factor Correction) programmable power supply. Its design adopts a series of leading-edge techniques, such as a multiple loop feedback system, an LLC soft-switching resonant topology, full-load-range ZVS (Zero Volt Switching) / ZCS(Zero Current Switching) soft-switching; our PFC programmable power supply has overcome a series of shortcomings of industrial power supplies in the current market, such as tube cracking, and frequent signal interference during the single-chip communication. Furthermore, it realizes the function of fully automatic self-programmable light-adjusting; our PFC programmable supply is marked by flexible performance, high output efficiency, high stability, electrical isolation, low interference, safety, complete OVP/OCP/OTP input, under-voltage/over-voltage protection, automatic failure warning…; its performance surpasses common power suppliers in this field. By the way, we also produce our own LED light sources and controllers.

Optical processing:

The distribution of LED lamp beads directly influences the light uniformity; in this field, we have been very experienced in how to maintain light stability and light uniformity by combining with the LED light-emitting angle.

Performance of our light sources:

We can produce light sources with different powers, and yet one thing is consistent among all our light sources – our light uniformity is above 90%, and life spans of our lights sources are more than 20,000 hours; to provide users the best quality, we carefully select the excellent raw material, and we strictly adhere to the precise R&D procedure;

Thermal dispersion:

To quickly dissipate the heat during the working process, our UV curing device and equipment can be available in fan cooling mode or water-cooling mode. On this basis, by utilizing a series of logical cooling means, the temperature inside our device/equipment can be precisely controlled.

Electrical design:

Due to the neat wiring arrangement and separate wiring of strong electricity and weak electricity, checking and fixing our UV curing device/equipment is a simple thing for users.

Controllers:

We can provide a variety of full-featured controllers to meet a particular production condition. And all our controllers have a very friendly man-machine interface, all the operations can be completed by a touch screen controller or a key controller.
